Return/Refund Policy
We at Just Love Coffee Roasters are committed to providing you with the finest coffee and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a comprehensive return and refund policy to make the process seamless and hassle-free.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, coffee products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Because of the perishable nature of items such as roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns of used or open coffee products.
- Time Frame for Returns:
- Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@justlovecoffee.com or call 866-894-9463 and provide your order details along with the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 127 MTCS Drive, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129, United States
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the products, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for eligible returned coffee products that meet the criteria outlined above.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Time Frame:
- Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Damaged during Transit:
- If your coffee products arrive damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damaged items for our records.
- Defective Products:
- If you believe the coffee products you received are defective, please reach out to our customer support team with details and, if possible, images depicting the issue.
- Replacement or Refund:
- For damaged or defective products, we will either offer a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
Cancellations
- Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
- Refund for Canceled Orders:
- If you successfully cancel your order before it has been processed, we will issue a full refund for the canceled items
